Vendor spots are now available!
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION!
If Vendor spots sell out, you will be placed on a waitlist. if someone cancels, vendors
on the wait list will be notified and offered the space in the order we received their applications.
You may download, fill out and mail the vendor form and submit payment
or fill out the form at the bottom of the page and submit payment after approval.
The Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society welcomes you to apply to join us for the 2025 Pennsylvania Bigfoot Camping Adventure!
Please read the following guidelines and conditions carefully before submitting your application.
•Please provide an up-to-date general listing/description of your merchandise.
All vendors must be approved. No MLMs, resellers, or contractors.
•The space price is for two days: Friday, August 22 and Saturday, August 23, 2025
•Spaces are 10x10 feet at $50 each. Multiple spaces may be rented.
•Each space comes with a 6’ banquet table and two chairs. Space is limited. Any additional tables and/or chairs must be provided by the vendor if desired.
2 General Admission tickets are provided with the cost of one vendor space.
4 General Admission tickets will be included with the purchase of two spaces.
Any additional attendees must purchase tickets
at the normal price.
•Any shade or EZ Ups canopies must be brought and set up by the vendor and are not included
in the price of the space..
•Electricity is not available.
•Initial access to vendor spaces on Friday will begin at 12:00 PM and Saturday at 800 AM.
There will be no prior access to the site.
Vendors must check in at the registration booth and will be taken to their assigned spot.
•Vendors may begin setup at 10:00 AM on Friday and must be set up and ready for business no later than 1:30 PM.
Vendors may begin setup at 8:00 AM on Saturday and must be set up ready for business no later than 9:30 AM.
•No parking of trailers or motor vehicles on the main field during event hours.
You may unload and reload but once you have finished, you must move your vehicle to the parking area when done.
The vendor area will be located at the field of the main pavilion and surrounding areas.
•All vendors must be set up in the designated area.
A volunteer will direct you to your designated space.
•Before departure on Saturday, vendor areas must be cleared of trash.
•Neither the Pennsylvania Bigfoot Camping Adventure nor the Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society assumes responsibility for weather and/or ground conditions or any other business operating restrictions.
All applicants are subject to approval by the 2025 Pennsylvania Bigfoot Camping Adventure staff, based on predetermined criteria, which include space availability and the ability to adhere to the above guidelines. Please complete the enclosed application form and return it to the Pennsylvania Bigfoot Camping Adventure before Friday, July 22, 2025. Vendors will be notified of the determination by phone and/or email.
The total registration fee is due upon the APPROVAL of this application to have your space confirmed.
Registration fees are non-refundable.

If you have not paid for your spot by August 1, 2025, you will lose your space and it will be offered
to the first person on the waitlist.

contact you via Email or phone to notify you if your application has been approved.

The total registration fee is payable upon APPROVAL of this application. Registration fees are nonrefundable.
