You must contact the campground to reserve a spot at the group campsite or an individual campsite site or a cabin (if available).
They also have RV/Camper sites and yurts as well.

Benner's Meadow Run campground reservations will be available at the end of October, 2023. The group site rates and individual rates are only available by contacting the campground directly by phone or at www.bennersmeadowrun.com.

Please note, reserving a cabin or campsite does not get you admission to the event. If you already have a campsite or cabin reserved, you must purchase tickets separately and are available under the ticket section of this website. You do not have to camp or stay at the campground to attend the event. Tickets to attend the event are not included with your reservation and must be purchased separately from Benners. If you do not stay at the campground, More information may be found by visiting the campground website. www.bennersmeadowrun.com.

CAMPSITE and CABIN RESERVATIONS ARE DONE THROUGH THE BENNERS MEADOW RUN OFFICE AND ARE SEPERATE FROM EVENT TICKETS.
Reservations will begin at the end of October, 2023
For Reservations at Benners, please call the Campground office at 724-329-4097. They accept all major credit cards.

Be sure to mention the Bigfoot event when reserving your cabin or campsite.

The office is open throughout the week from 11am to 4pm.
The office is open year round.

The Campsite has running water, shower buildings, and bathrooms available within walking distance of the group campsite.

Cabins and Campsites are based on a first come first serve basis. Depending on availability, if you have to cancel, a full refund will be given up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

If you are flying in, the closest airport is the Pittsburgh International Airport and it is an hour and 45 minute drive to the campground. Here is the link to the airport. http://pittsburghairport.org/

Once the group sites are sold you may contact the campgrounds to reserve your own individual site if you choose.
