Important Event Information for those attending!
Please review this important information for the event prior to your arrival
On behalf of the organizers of the Pennsylvania Bigfoot Camping Adventure, I'd like to thank you for your support of the event and we look forward to seeing you the weekend of May 31, June 1 and 2nd, 2019.
I wanted to provide some important information about the event so that you are prepared when you arrive.
1.) Entry to the event. Please bring your Ticketleap tickets that were provided by the website once you purchased your ticket(s). If you did not get your tickets, you may also bring your PayPal email receipt as proof of purchase. If you can not print them you may show them on your smart phone at the registration booth which will be located outside the campground office once you come through the gate. If you can not locate your tickets, or email receipt please contact me at erichaltman@yahoo.com so I can verify your purchase and I can resend your tickets. Please bring proof of purchase via printed tickets, email or on your smart phone along with a valid photo ID of the person whose name is on the email to receive your wristband(s) for the weekend. If you have any questions or problems with the tickets, please email me and I will do my best to resolve your issue.
2.) Tickets do not include accommodations. If you need to make reservations to camp, please visit the website www.bennersmeadowrun.com and if there are any campsites available, they will gladly take your reservation. If you would prefer to stay at a local hotel, there are plenty within a 20 minute drive from the event location. You may find these by going to the event website at www.pabigfootcampingadventure.com and click on the more tab, than click on the accommodations for a listing of area hotels.
3.) Benners Meadow Run charges a park visitor fee per person per day to gain access to the campground for those who are not camping or staying on site. In lieu of the park visitor fee, they have decided to charge a flat parking fee at the gate for those not camping or staying on site. The parking fee is $10.00 per day or $25.00 for the full weekend and it is per car, not per person. They only take cash at the gate so if you are not staying at Benners, please have cash on hand to pay for entry. This is a charge that Benners charges separately and is not included in the ticket price.
4.) Hiking Reservations are due no later than May 15. If you wish to attend one of the Friday Night or Saturday night hikes, you must RSVP in advance. We are limited for space and only are able to allot for 75 people per each hike. There will be four hikes offered: Friday 8 to 930, 10 to Midnight, Saturday 8 to 9:30 and 10 to midnight. The earlier hikes are suggested for younger hikers. Any one wishing to hike must sign a liability release waiver prior to going. We ask that you select in order of preference from the available hikes listed. If space is available on your first choice, we will confirm your request. However if the hiking day and time are closed, you will be added to your next choice and so on. A notice will be placed on the website once the hikes are full. They are filling up very fast so get your RSVP into erichaltman@yahoo.com. For more information on the night hikes and what they entail, please visit the hiking page under the more tab above.
5.) Refunds will only be given up until May 15. PayPal will not refund the ticket fees if you purchased tickets after 180 days. However, I will refund you the cost of the ticket, minus the pay pal fee. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please email me before May 15. After May 15, we will be able to switch the names on the ticket(s) to another party but will not be able to refund your purchase.

Event T-shirts
We will have two event T-shirts available for sale at the event. We will have our original shirt from last years event and a new shirt this year both created by our event marketing and promotions director and owner of Chumbucket Studios Jay A. Bachochin.
The T-shirts will not be available online prior to the event and on sale at the event. If we have any shirts that do not sell at the event, only then will they be made available for sale online. Prices for the shirts will vary upon size and range from Youth Large to Adult 4 XL.

Keep in mind, you do not have to camp at the campground to attend the hikes, outings or the Bigfoot events. The park charges a small visitor fee per person per day to visit the park should you not stay camp at the park during your visit.
4.75 per adult per day 3.75 for children 12 and under per day and 4.00 for senior citizens over 65. This is not included in the event ticket price and something the campground charges only to those not camping, staying in cabins or accommodations on the campsite. We're excited to announce another special guest added to the event. Please help us welcome Snuffy DeStefano, Bigfoot Chainsaw Carver to the event. Snuffy is an amazing artist who uses his talents with his chainsaw to create all different types of artwork and wood carvings. He will be at this years event displaying and selling his creations. |

This is one of the two posters that will be available for sale at this years event. There will be a second poster available to purchase at the event table as well. These collectors item posters will only be sold at the registration table during the event. They are collectors items and a great keepsake for the event. If we have any posters left after the event, they will be made available for sale online. |

There are only 3 vendor spaces left for the event. They are 50.00 per site and only cover a 10 x 10 site. Being this is an outdoor venue, we strongly recommend you provide your own canopy tent, tables and chairs as we do not provide them at the event. There is no electricity available and no water at the sites. A vendor site will include 2 admissions to the event. If additional persons wish to attend the event, they must purchase a ticket from our ticket page on this website.

Tickets are limited to the 500 tickets sold for each day of the event. If we sell out of tickets in advance, there will not be tickets available at the gate the day(s) of the event. It is strongly suggested that you purchase your tickets in advance to ensure you will be able to attend the event in 2019!
