The event is now three days and two nights.
Friday's event will feature a day time hike, a meet and greet; Townhall meeting and night time outing free to attend. Saturday and Sunday will feature lectures, from noted Authors, Researchers and Investigators lecturing on various subjects relating to their books, research and knowledge.
The two days will also include workshops providing how to tips on equipment usage, wildlife sign, track recognition, and what signs to look for when out in the forest searching for Bigfoot!
A Bigfoot Cookout, Movie Premier, A Charity Auction, Hikes and Outings, Vendors and a whole lot more, all for charity!
Trapper from the A.I.M.S. team and Destination America's Mountain Monsters is returning plus a few surprise guest appearances as well.

You'll find Campground information, directions, reservation instructions to reserve one of the beautiful modern cabins or your site at the group campsite area in Benner's Meadow Run Campgrounds in Farmington, in rural Fayette County There are also 3 area hotel listings for those not wishing to camp during the weekend. Click on the camping tab above for more details.
Ticket purchase will be available soon and you can get your tickets to attend the Saturday/Sundays lectures, workshops, the Bigfoot cookout on Saturday May 6 and Sunday 7th, 2017.

Benners Meadow Run campground reservations are now available. The campground has released rates for the 2017 season and you may now contact Benners to reserve your campsite or cabin. They have special rates to camp at the group campsite for the event. The per person adult rates are $13.75 and $6.75 per child per day. You can find out Cabin rates and individual rates by contacting the campground directly at www.bennersmeadowrun.com.
Please note, you do not have to camp or stay at the campground to attend the event and tickets to attend the event are not included with your reservation and must be purchased separately on this site. If you do not stay at the campground, you must pay the campground a daily visitor fee per person upon arrival at the campground office each day that you visit the office. We are pleased to announce the newest additions to the event. Guest speaker Rosemary Ellen Guilley and special Guests from the Society of the Supernatural Dave Spinks and David Weatherly. We are excited to have these amazing folks join the already incredible line up of wonderful folks participating in the event. We are hoping to add one more guest speaker and one more special guest. If you purchase online, you will receive an email from Pay Pal or printed tickets from Ticket Leap. Please retain either of these as they will act as your confirmation of purchase. Please bring either to the event along with a valid photo ID to receive your wrist band or hand stamp. If you need to transfer your tickets to another person, please notify us in advance. Thank you for your purchase and supporting the event.
If you choose to send a check or money order you may do so beginning September 19, 2016 made payable to Eric Altman and mail it to 181 Cardinal Drive, Jeannette PA 15644. Please indicate the quantity and type of tickets you wish to purchase along with the names of who each ticket is for along with a self addressed return envelope so that I may mail you a confirmation letter. You will present that letter with a valid photo ID at the registration table the day of the event for your wrist band or hand stamp.

May 5,6,7 2017 at Benners Meadow Run Campground. The event will be bigger and better, and will feature 3 days/ 2 nights of family friendly fun and adventure.
There will be an afternoon hike on Friday May 5th in the surrounding forest.
May 5th, Friday evening will feature a "Townhall" style meet and greet with the event organizers and speakers giving attendees a chance to share and hear others sightings, encounters and experiences. Following the "Townhall" meet and greet there will be a night time hike into the surrounding forests.
Please note- The day time hike, night time outings and "Townhall" meet and greets are free to attend and you do not need to purchase a ticket, however the number of attendees for the day time and night time hikes will be limited to 100 people per hike for the Friday afternoon and Friday night hike and the Saturday night outing to keep things as organized as possible so you must RSVP prior to the event. You will be required to sign a waiver and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Each group will be lead by a hike leader.
You must purchase a ticket(s) to attend the Saturday and/or Sunday event which will feature lectures and workshops, Vendor booths, Live Music, Hikes and outings on Friday and Saturday evening.
The event will also feature Bigfoot films along with the return of the Bigfoot Cookout Saturday evening.

Attention Cryptozoologists, Bigfoot enthusiasts, investigators, Bigfoot groups, outdoor experts, wildlife biologists, experienced trackers, wildilfe animal experts, outdoor guides, camping experts. I am looking for one or two more individuals or groups who would like to volunteer and participate in the 2017 Pennsylvania Bigfoot Camping Adventure charity fundraiser to present a workshop during the event. We are still in need of two individuals or groups to hold a workshop on Saturday and Sunday. If you are interested, please contact us here on the website or by email at email@example.com. Keep in mind this is a fundraiser and this would be a great opportunity to help out 3 area charities. Thanks!
