The Campsite Office will be open and Registration begins at 2 pm Friday
If you purchase tickets in advance, you will check in at the registration table next to the campground office and pick up your wristband(s) that will match the ticket package purchased.
Remember to bring with you your photo ID, printed tickets and/or confirmation email from the PayPal website.
***Seating is general admission and first come first serve.***
Please bring your own lawn or camp chair as seats are not provided.
There will be limited picnic tables surrounding the seating area but that does not guarantee you a seat.

Friday September 6, 2024
Check in for the campgrounds, cabins and set up sites at 3:00 PM
Pre Registration 12:30 pm to 2:00 PM at Registration Booth located next to the Pavilion.
There will be food trucks on hand for those interested.
The Campground Office has a map of local eateries and restaurants
including a Subway, Foxes Pizza and other establishments within a short driving distance of the campground.
Some of the guest speakers, workshop presenters, special guests, vendors and other attendees will be on hand meeting and greeting attendees. This is a great opportunity to talk with folks and other researchers one on one.
This will take place during check in and registration. It's also a great chance to prepare for the night time hikes.

Only those who purchase a full weekend ticket will be able to choose either day.
Those who purchase a specific day will be able to choose that day to attend the hike.
The Hikes will be scheduled for two times.
The first night outing is strongly suggested for the younger attendees and children and they must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. .
Group A outing 800 to 930 PM Leaving from the Pavilion at 800 PM sharp!
All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver and parents or guardians must sign a liability waiver any child
under 18 participating in the hikes.
Please be aware it is required that you drive your own vehicle to the hiking area and it is strongly recommended you drive a 4 wheel drive
.
In the event you do not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, we will do our best to find you someone to ride with.
We accept no responsibility or liability for any one driving their own vehicle,
the vehicle itself or anyone riding with someone to or from the hiking location.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please dress appropriately for night time outdoors in the wilderness.
We are not liable nor may be held responsible for any injuries to anyone attending the hike(s), damages or losses to personal property that may occur en route to, during, or en route from the hiking location.
